Services: YGC provides golf travel planning and concierge services, including coordinating accommodation, golf bookings, transport, and related travel experiences.

Third-Party Providers: Bookings may involve third-party providers such as hotels, golf courses, and transport operators. YGC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of these providers.

Clients and travelling groups are responsible for adhering to the rules, dress standards, and codes of conduct set by each golf course, accommodation provider, and venue included within the itinerary.

Any fines, damages, penalties, or removal from venues resulting from guest behaviour remain the responsibility of the client.

Quotes & Pricing: All quotes are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Pricing may change until deposits or full payment have been received.

User Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring travel documents are valid

Reviewing booking confirmations carefully

Complying with venue and supplier policies

Intellectual Property: All website content, branding, imagery, and copy remain the property of YGC unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, YGC is not liable for indirect loss, travel disruptions, weather events, supplier issues, or personal injury occurring during travel.
Booking Terms

Deposits: A deposit is required to secure bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Payment Terms: Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and travel disruptions.

Refunds: Where refunds are available from suppliers, they will be passed on to clients minus any applicable administration or processing fees.

Course Conduct & Dress Standards

Weather & Course Conditions: Golf is an outdoor sport and weather conditions may impact play, course access, tee times, transport, or itinerary schedules. Where possible, YGC will assist in arranging alternative options, however refunds or credits remain subject to the individual supplier or venue policies. YGC is not responsible for:
