How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible – especially for peak weekends and premium courses. That said, we can move quickly when we need to. Send an enquiry and we'll tell you exactly where you stand.
What if our group isn't sure on numbers yet?

That's fine and honestly, very normal. Give us a rough headcount and a destination and we'll start building. Numbers can be locked in closer to the trip.
How does payment work across the group?

Payments are split evenly and collected individually. No one person carries the group. We handle the chasing so the organiser doesn't have to send seventeen awkward messages.
Can we customise the tournament format?

Completely. Stableford, Ambrose, Wolf, Stroke – or a mix across the weekend. We'll build a format that suits your group and make sure it actually runs smoothly on the day.
What if someone pulls out?

It happens. We'll work through it with you. That's part of what you're paying us for.
Do you organise flights?

No we don't organise flights, however we can assist with flight coordination but our core focus is the on-the-ground experience – courses, accommodation, transfers and dining.
